Kikuyu Tribe/ Kenya

The Kikuyu are most numerous around Mt Kenya.
The Kikuyu are Kenya's most populous ethnic group. 'Kikuyu' is the Swahilized form of the proper name and pronunciation of G?k?y? although they refer to themselves as the Ag?k?y? people. There are about 5,300,000 Kikuyu people in Kenya equal to about 23% of Kenya's total population.
