Awards

John's awards include 35 community newspaper awards for editorial, sports and feature photography from the British Columbia and Yukon Newspaper Association (BCYNA) and Canadian Community Newspaper Association (CNA).
John has also been awarded the coveted Kodak Gallery Award, a Fuji Masterpiece award and a Nikon Award for "Excellence for Digital Capture" for his commercial work.
A decade long member of the Professional Photographers of Canada John was awarded his Craftsman of Photographic Arts (CPA) in 2000 and his Masters of Photographic Arts (MPA) in 2002. In 2005 he recieved his Fellowship from the Professional Photographer of British Columbia (F/PPABC).
